Latest Prints and Archived Prints
Every trailer that we build is based upon a full set of custom prints detailing the option locations and dimensions of your trailer. Once you receive your prints, you may make location changes and add or remove options as necessary. Please take your time to fully review the prints to ensure an accurate build and efficient signoff.
If you need any changes or additional dimensions shown, simply mark your prints and return them along with the print revision form to your dealer. We will update the prints and return to you for review. Once you have a set of prints with everything exactly as you would like it, simply initial and date each page along with the final order and return it to your dealer for signoff. Below is a list of some items that are often overlooked or misunderstood on the prints:
- Dimensions: All dimensions and locations of options listed on the print are nominal and may move slightly from what is shown on the print based on framing or other interferences during the build. If you have a critical dimension, please let us know and we will label it as such and make certain that we can achieve that dimension before the trailer starts in production.
- Ball Height: The ball height of the trailer is listed on the prints and should be checked against your tow vehicle and hitch setup. RV's and toters may have higher ball heights. Adjustments can be made to ensure the correct coupler height if we know about it ahead of time.
If something is missing from your prints or order, then it may not be built accurately! inTech builds to signed off prints and orders and when there is a discrepancy, prints are final. Please make sure that everything is shown on your prints and only submit signed off prints with no changes shown.
To download files to your local harddrive, right-click on the link, then left-click on "Save link as" or "Save target as" depending on the browser that you use. 3D prints will automatically download as they must be opened in an external PDF reader to function correctly.

All statuses and their descriptions
- Order Received for EntryInTech has received your order. Within the next 24 hours, your order will undergo a thorough review. During this review, it will be determined whether the order should move forward to Engineering for initial prints or if any clarifications are needed. If we need additional information, your order will be sent back to your authorized inTech representative to get those answers. During this process, your representative will contact you directly for clarification. Please rest assured that your project is being carefully handled to ensure a smooth process.
- To Engineering for Initial PrintsInTech generates a complete set of blueprints for each trailer upon receiving your order. The timeline for creating these initial blueprints may vary, lasting anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your trailer's design. It's important to note that every trailer we manufacture is custom-designed and engineered to suit your specific needs. Once your blueprints are finalized, your authorized inTech representative will promptly send them to you for your review.
- Prints & Order to Dealer for Sign OffWe've got some exciting news for you. We've just uploaded the latest prints to your customer portal, so you can easily take a look whenever you like. Our team is diligently reviewing your order to ensure it aligns with the design, and they'll send you an updated version if any changes are necessary. If you don't receive an updated order from your representative within the next 48 hours, don't hesitate to reach out to them. They'll be more than happy to help and provide you with an update on the status of your order. Thanks for choosing us, and if you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to get in touch anytime!
Please take a moment to carefully review your prints for accuracy. If you find any errors or need to include additional dimensions, please mark your prints accordingly and send them back to your authorized inTech representative, along with the print revision form. Once we receive your marked prints, we'll make the necessary updates and return them to you for your review. To help you with the review process, we've provided a list below of some items that are commonly overlooked or misunderstood on the prints:- Dimensions: The dimensions and positions of the options indicated on the print are approximate and may experience slight variations due to factors such as framing or other interferences during the construction process. If you have a specific dimension that is crucial to your project, please inform us, and we will label it accordingly. We'll take all necessary measures to ensure that the desired dimension is achieved before the trailer enters the production phase. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Once you are fully satisfied with your prints and order please sign and date each page of both documents and send them out to your representative for final approval. Our lead times are always based on the date that we receive acknowledged sign off. You will receive an email notifying you when this happens. - To Sales from EngineeringYour new prints will be available online at this point. Prints have been updated and returned to sales to make any changes requested by engineering.
- Waiting on Questions to DealerWe wanted to keep you in the loop about the status of your unit. Currently, there are some open questions from our team regarding your order. These questions could be related to options, locations, or other details that need clarification. Please don't worry; this status simply means that we haven't started actively working on your prints or order just yet. The good news is that your inTech representative should be reaching out to you within the next 24-48 hours to address any issues or gather information if needed. If, for any reason, you don't hear from them within this timeframe, please feel free to contact your representative directly to follow up. Once we have all the necessary information and these items are resolved, you'll receive an email from us, confirming that we're ready to continue working on your unit. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we strive to ensure your project proceeds smoothly. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you throughout the process.
- To Engineering for Print RevisionsInTech has received your requested changes to the prints, which means our Engineering team is now working on updating the drawings to match. We want you to know that we give these revisions our top priority. Usually, you can expect the updated drawings to be back to you within 1-3 business days from when we got your request, unless there are major changes needed for your order. Once the new prints are ready and your order has been adjusted, if necessary, we'll send you an email to let you know about these updates.
- Order & Prints Signed OffGreat news! We've just received the final sign-off from your authorized inTech representative on your order and prints. The current lead time would start from this date moving forward. Our lead time includes the time to purchase materials and build your trailer, but also working on fulfilling our backlog. Keep in mind, the lead time is an estimated time of completion. Our first priority is to build every trailer with the highest attention to detail. To determine the specific lead time for your project and to discuss any potential changes or modifications that may affect the timeline, please reach out to your representative. Any changes to your order beyond this point may result in additional fees or could change the estimated completion date.
- Ordered for ProductionWe've now placed orders for all the materials needed for your trailer. While we keep common materials in stock, as a custom shop, we typically wait until 2-4 weeks before the production start date to order specific materials for each unit. We strongly discourage making changes at this point, as they may result in additional charges and potential delays in completing your trailer. Production will commence once all specialty parts have arrived.
- In ProductionExciting news – your trailer is now in production! The build time usually falls within the range of 1.5 to 3.5 weeks, varying depending on the complexity and chosen options. A trailer with an iCon package and additional options typically takes around 2 weeks, while stackers and fully equipped models may extend to 2-3 weeks. For trailers with bathroom packages, living quarters, or extensive options, it may take 3 or more weeks from the production start date.
At the end of each production day, we take photos of every unit that is in production and upload them to your Customer Portal. They will normally be available around 4 PM EST each day for you to review. Please feel free to use the share icon at the top of your Custom Portal page to share photos of your trailer being built with your friends and family so that they can see the progress too! - Change Order After Sign OffWe've received a change order request from your inTech representative after the final sign-off. If materials have already been ordered, there may be additional charges and potential delays in completing your trailer. Depending on the nature of the changes, we might require a new sign-off from you before proceeding with your order. You'll receive an email notification once the change order has been reviewed, reflecting the change in status.
- Change Order In ProductionYour inTech representative submitted a change request for your trailer during its production phase. Given that all materials have been ordered, and the construction has commenced, there may be additional charges involved in implementing your requested changes. It's possible that production may need to temporarily halt until we assess the impact of these alterations. Depending on the nature of the changes, we might also need a new sign-off from you before continuing with your order. You'll receive another email notification once your trailer is ready, reflecting the updated status.
- Holding Per DealerYour order has been put on hold by your authorized inTech representative. inTech is not actively working on your order, please contact your authorized inTech representative for more information.
- Waiting to ShipGreat news! Your new trailer has finished production and is now ready for pickup or shipment. While we strive to capture photos of each trailer right off the production line, there might be a slight delay depending on the weather. You can always explore the "completed photos" section in your Customer Portal to view pictures of your fully finished unit. And don't forget, at the top of your Customer Portal page, there's an icon you can use to share construction and completed photos with your friends and family, giving them the opportunity to admire your brand-new inTech Trailer!
- ShippedCongratulations on the completion of your new trailer! Whether it's been picked up or shipped, please remember to complete your warranty registration to help us serve you better in the future. You can access all your photos, prints, documents, and even schematics on your Customer Portal using the provided link or your web access code. Don't forget to click on the icon at the of your Customer Portal page to share construction and completed photos with your friends and family so they can also admire your new inTech Trailer. - This quick read will outline some items to pay attention to during the order and design processes. The better prepared you are, the more quickly we will be able to produce your trailer for you.
- This guide will walk you through what to pay attention to when designing your new trailer. This is a great read before placing your order.
- We are pleased to offer a standard aluminum wheel on all our trailers. We also offer the opportunity for our customers to customize the wheels to the style they would like for an upgraded option cost. Please let your dealer know if you’d like to have a specific wheel style for your trailer.
- Fill out this form for any vehicles you will be loading into the trailer. With the car clearance checklist we can determine what length of ramps may be needed to eliminate any interference when you load a car. We also check escape door and wheelbox dimensions for door clearances.
- This form should be used for gooseneck trailers. This information will help us adjust the bunk height of the trailer if needed. This will ensure proper clearance and adjustment in the gooseneck coupler to be able to tow the trailer level and assure there wont be interference with the truck cab. This is required for all gooseneck trailer orders before prints are done.
- If your trailer has the wide body option then we require this form to be filled out and sent in before the unit is considered fully signed off.
- Fill out this form and send it to your dealer along with notated drawings during the design process to dictate what changes need to be made to the prints. The information we receive from you directly helps us make sure that we put things in the right place saving time in your new build.
- This is a must read for anyone coming to pick up their trailer at the factory. We do not charge a factory pickup fee and would love to have you come take a tour and meet the people that built your new trailer. We would ask if you are coming to the plant that you read the instructions and be fully prepared to take delivery as we have limited ability to help with certain things.
- This details our warranty for your new trailer. The bottom portion can be sent in to register your trailer warranty. If you sell your trailer, the new owner should submit the bottom portion in again to transfer the warranty at no charge.
- This schematic will show you the wiring diagram for our standard 7-Way plug. It is important to make certain that the 7-Way receiver on your tow vehicle matches this diagram so that all lighting and brakes work properly.
