Refund and Returns Policy
Please read carefully. Marketplace items are returnable for 30 days after being received. Items that are not defective in design or manufacture and are returned by the Purchaser shall incur a restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice price for the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges incurred to return items are the responsibility of the Purchaser. inTech will under no circumstances accept a return or be liable to accept a return of goods that have been damaged or otherwise rendered un-saleable.

When will I receive my order?
inTech strives to ship all orders within 1 – 2 business days (M-F). If a part is out of stock, inTech will still receive your order, but it will not ship the order until the part is received back into stock. If there is a delay in shipping your order, please feel free to contact us requesting an update.
I received my order damaged. What are my next steps?
If you received your order damaged or defective please contact us with your order number, and pictures of the damage and we will provide you with the next steps to resolve the issue.
Can I return my order?
inTech does have a return policy and does accept returns. Please review the return policy to see if your order qualifies as a return.
What if I cant find a part on the Marketplace?
If you are unable to find a part on the Marketplace, please contact us to see if the desired part is available. When contacting inTech please provide your VIN #, description of the part needed along with any pictures of the part.
