inTech Trailers is a growing, innovative company located in Nappanee, IN. We are known for our attention to detail in high-quality aluminum trailers. We specialize in high-end Motorsports trailers, custom lab trailers, as well as a niche high-quality RV product offering. We are currently in the process of expanding our engineering department and are looking for the right candidate to help take our products to the next level.

Ideal candidates should have a manufacturing background and be highly detail-oriented. SolidWorks experience is preferred, with additional preference for experience in weldments. This person will be responsible for projects from initial design to final details, including all aspects of the finished product—from the layout and framing to the finished cabinets. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work well in both individual and team environments.

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Progress each project from concept to completion
• Produce and provide shop and assembly prints
• Problem-solve to find the best solution to meet project demands and requirements
• Revise and document changes to each project as needed
• Review and improve designs to increase productivity and throughput

Preferred Skills/Experience

• SolidWorks experience required
• Weldments experience preferred
• Recreational vehicle design experience preferred
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and construction design
• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
