Refund and Returns Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please read carefully. Marketplace items are returnable for 30 days after being received. Items that are not defective in design or manufacture and are returned by the Purchaser shall incur a restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice price for the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges incurred to return items are the responsibility of the Purchaser. inTech will under no circumstances accept a return or be liable to accept a return of goods that have been damaged or otherwise rendered un-saleable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When will I receive my order?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

inTech strives to ship all orders within 1 – 2 business days <\/strong>(M-F). If a part is out of stock, inTech will still receive your order, but it will not ship the order until the part is received back into stock. If there is a delay in shipping your order, please feel free to contact us<\/a> requesting an update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I received my order damaged. What are my next steps?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you received your order damaged or defective please contact us<\/a> with your order number, and pictures of the damage and we will provide you with the next steps to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
