{"id":1067,"date":"2026-02-25T08:42:42","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T13:42:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intech.com\/club\/event\/2026-adventure-club-rally\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T16:17:46","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T20:17:46","slug":"2026-adventure-club-rally","status":"publish","type":"event_listing","link":"https:\/\/intech.com\/club\/event\/2026-adventure-club-rally\/","title":{"rendered":"2026 Adventure Club Rally"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fellow inTech RV owners gather once a year for a weekend of refreshment, relationship building and connection to the current pulse of the inTech brand.\u00a0 Guests will enjoy various activities such as informative break-out sessions, large group discussions, tours of the inTech factory, delicious meals, fun evening activities, and opportunities to connect with many other inTech RV owners.<\/p>\n<p>Our NEW location for 2026 will be at Potato Creek State Park in North Liberty, Indiana.\u00a0 This location will provide a beautiful backdrop for the weekend&#8217;s activities.\u00a0 Potato Creek boasts a 327-acre lake, mature woodlands, diverse wetlands, 11 miles of trails and is part of the Indiana birding trail!\u00a0 We will have 100 sites in a collective area within their extensive campgrounds for our group.\u00a0 All registration of these sites will be through inTech.\u00a0 Potato Creek State Park should NOT be contacted for registration.<\/p>\n<p>We are also extending our typical gathering time to include an entire extra day!\u00a0 Move in will be from 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026.\u00a0 Our first kick-off event will be the Thursday night supper beginning at 5:30 p.m.\u00a0 The Rally will continue through Friday and Saturday and will come to a conclusion at 12 noon on Sunday, October 4, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>There will be three registration timeframes for the 2026 Adventure Club Rally.<\/p>\n<p>We want to honor those who have participated in the past by giving these returnees the first chance to get a site.\u00a0 Returnees who register between February 24-March 2 will also receive a special discounted rate of $290\/site!<\/p>\n<p>From March 3-16th we will then have an Early Bird Registration where anyone can book their site for a discounted rate of $300\/site.<\/p>\n<p>The General Registration will then open on March 17th for any sites still available at $350\/site.<\/p>\n<p>We will only have 100 sites to claim so it will be imperative you get your site booked during these timeframes!<\/p>\n<p><strong>FAQ&#8217;s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Can children come to the Adventure Club Rally?\n<ul>\n<li>Yes!\u00a0 We welcome families to attend, however, there will be no childcare available.\u00a0 Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Can pets come to the Adventure Club Rally?\n<ul>\n<li>Yes!\u00a0 Pets are welcome to attend.\u00a0 Dogs and cats must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet and attended at all times.\u00a0 If you intend to bring your pet to the factory tour at inTech, please have them wear protective footwear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>What are the campsite sizes?\n<ul>\n<li>60&#8242; x 60&#8242;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>What hook ups will be available?\n<ul>\n<li>All sites have 30 amp electric with some having 50 amp.<\/li>\n<li>Each camper can get water at the water fill station located after Family Gate on the right.<\/li>\n<li>Grey water (sewage) can be dumped at the dump station located on the right when you come out of the campground.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cBucket stations\u201d (drinking fountains with a spicket) are also available throughout the campgrounds and at each comfort station restroom where you can get a bucket (not to hook up a hose) of water to take back to your campsite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>What comes with each campsite?\n<ul>\n<li>6 person picnic table<\/li>\n<li>3&#8242; diameter fire ring with a swing out grill grid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>What are the firewood policies?\n<ul>\n<li>No out of state firewood will be allowed into the park (park will confiscate it)<\/li>\n<li>Firewood will be for sale for $6.99\/bundle (6-8 chunks of firewood)<\/li>\n<li>Burn all of firewood brought in or bought.\u00a0 Do not take firewood back home as Emerald Ash bugs travel back to your home &amp; you won\u2019t know until your tree is dead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>What are the restrooms like?\n<ul>\n<li>Campground is equipped with flush toilets, hot water, showers and water-filling station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Will all meals be provided?\n<ul>\n<li>The details of the event are still underway so check back soon!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>What about people who have special dietary needs?\n<ul>\n<li>We will do our best to have various food choices at each meal, but please bring your own food along if you have specific dietary needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>How will we get to inTech for the factory tour?\n<ul>\n<li>We will be renting buses to transport guests back and forth between Potato Creek and inTech, but you will also be welcome to drive your own vehicle if desired.
